We placed our order and I know we had the food in under 10 minutes but I'm not sure of the exact time. The food was delivered promptly. The only mistake was that both burgers were supposed to have cheese but only one had cheese. But it was delicious anyway. View all feedback.
What Susan Murray doesn't like about Jerry J's:
We dined in, ordered sandwiches and were given NO plates. Were we supposed to eat off the table without them? Our sandwiches were wrapped as if they were for takeout. Our fries were in little bowls. We asked for 2 plates. She came back with one. This place is in serious need of customer service training. View all feedback.

Food is amazing. Especially there breakfast menu. It's reasonably priced for how delicious it is. The stuff are always smiling and attentive.
Food was mediocre and window attendant will give you the impression they are doing you a favor by taking your order.

The food here is very delicious and consistently good. The service and atmosphere give it that down-home feel.
