The charboiler is constantly broken, the food is often incorrect, and they frequently run out of various items, including buns and fries. The service is terrible, and the staff seems uninterested in both their jobs and their customers. They should really consider shutting this place down and replacing it with something people will actually enjoy.

They have marked tables for social distancing, and the soda fountain was closed due to COVID precautions. There are plexiglass barriers at the cash registers, and the staff were wearing masks. I ordered a generous portion of chicken tenders, which seemed to be the lowest carb option available. They arrived fresh and hot, maintaining their crispiness and flavor by the time I reached my destination. When I'm off keto, I definitely plan to come back for one of those mouthwatering burgers. The fish sandwich lacked any texture that would suggest there’s actual fish inside the bread.
