Poorly trained SIA door staff. after a couple of hours at at works Christmas Party, I went to the Gents to find a Man with a door open at the end of the toilets... read more Poorly trained SIA door staff. after a couple of hours at at works Christmas Party, I went to the Gents to find a Man with a door open at the end of the toilets' Could have been a janitor!. He asked me to pop in for a random Drug search. I asked to see his badge and he told me. he seen me selling drugs!!!! I said I would have a public search with the Manager present. He told me he need to search me in the toilets. again I said lets go to a public place. He then radio for back up and told me the Manager was downstairs. i went down stair and their was only a ticket sell. i left to stop any distress to my company. the door staff member then asked the other door man to check the upper floor then started to verbally abuse me on the door and point to the camera. He still refused to state his ISA badge number. I have tanned skin.

Went with friends last night to see the Musicals show. Can only give the show Five Stars. It was very entertaining. The Cast were excellent. Staff were lovely.... read more Went with friends last night to see the Musicals show. Can only give the show Five Stars. It was very entertaining. The Cast were excellent. Staff were lovely. Only downside was we thought drink prices were a little overpriced.

Night started off well with my wife and 18yr old daughter.Until my daughter was asked for ID.She had just turned 18 and had no proof except me and my wife but t... read more Night started off well with my wife and 18yr old daughter.Until my daughter was asked for ID.She had just turned 18 and had no proof except me and my wife but this wasn’t enough.Drink was removed from my daughter which when challenged staff member didn’t want to listen.What was meant to be a celebration of my birthday turned into a emotional and embarrassing nightmare.Left venue and so disappointed that what was a good end to a weekend was a disaster. Night entertainment was so good up until then bought loads of merchandise for the evening,hats,feathers scarves ? Please be careful to make sure your siblings carry ID….

The three performers seemed to be singing together for the first time, and it was clear from the start that they were not in harmony. One of them was out of key and sang flat, but sounded fine when singing solo. The performances lacked the signature Motown harmonies, as the guys kept disappearing and leaving one person on stage. Disappointed by the lackluster show, we left during the break. We can't say if they improved in the second half, but we felt let down after paying for tickets and looking forward to the show for weeks. In retrospect, we realized that there was better entertainment at the hotel and we should have stayed there instead.

We are a darts doms group been friends for years two of the girls was 60 and two was 70 so for 6 months we planned our birthdays We saw viva and we thought that... read more We are a darts doms group been friends for years two of the girls was 60 and two was 70 so for 6 months we planned our birthdays We saw viva and we thought that's would great for birthday party how wronge we were got there at 6 30 asked for drinks then from here all went wronge drinks took ages to come no ice then the starters came I had the mushrooms you guessed was cold the at 7 50 meal came lamb shank was okay veg was cold and hard mash was like cement then they decided to turn lights of we had to use our phone light what made it worse show didn't start for 20 mins we left our meals couldn't get any body attention to complain put you wouldn't because they definitely short of staff plates was left on our table for hour and half it was making me feeling sick looking at dirty plates ordered cake and champagne for the birthday girls came at end of night plus we booked a table for 9 then later decided to put 2 strangers on our table if you ask me they overbooked a lot of hard work went in to our special birthday and all I can say to viva a big thanks for making our birthdays night from hell if you are reading this to me a big favour don't go I definitely won't let'this dropp my mission is to let everybody know what we went through and please avoid
