Description

Dining at this restaurant offers a varied experience. Some patrons rave about exceptional burgers and friendly service, praising the warmth and authenticity that shine through, despite occasional longer wait times. However, others lament issues like undercooked food, slow service, and cleanliness concerns, leaving them disappointed. Reports of inadequate restroom hygiene and a greasy atmosphere have tarnished its appeal. While excitement surrounds the menu’s standout items, especially the beloved burger, inconsistency in quality and service may deter new customers. As such, this eatery emerges as a hidden gem for some while leaving others yearning for a more reliable dining experience.

Had food delivered from here a couple of times now, bang on and very tasty. A bit more expensive than other places but worth it as the foods quality.

Fast service. Delicious burgers. Nice interior. Little gem with a good vibe.

Pastels serves the best wings and chicken strips! great place with great eating and great spicy. they can no longer ask. they stayed open last night for us after we had a meal in another food business. thank you, we are so grateful. P.S. also make them the best milkshakes!

The burgers at this restaurant have creative names, mostly inspired by people's names. The Pastels sauce was delicious, although I'm not sure what it's made of. The fries were great, but a bit salty. They recently added wine to their menu, with only one white and one rosé option available. However, they have a good selection of beer and soft drinks. The staff is friendly and there are games consoles in some of the booths to keep you entertained while you wait.

We had high expectations for our meal at this restaurant, but unfortunately, we left feeling disappointed. The restaurant itself was outdated and old-fashioned. Most of the staff were polite, but one was quite abrupt when I inquired about the main course. We started with the dips, but the hummus was watery and there was only one pita bread for two people. The main dish was also lackluster, with rice that looked old and dry chicken skewers. We were supposed to receive a chili sauce, but instead, we were given tzatziki. Overall, the experience was not good. Additionally, we were incorrectly charged for a bottle of wine we did not order. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
