The room was incredibly luxurious, and the breakfast was top-notch. The staff truly cares for their guests just as much as they care for the rooms! Everything was well-balanced and comfortable; the beds were just right, and the bathroom had a lovely fresh scent. I can't find anything negative to say about this hotel. The bar was also a highlight. My friend and I joined some other guests there and had a great time laughing with the owner. He is a committed individual who, despite being hesitant to approach us with any room issues, made our stay in Blackpool very enjoyable. He showed us around and shared plenty of insights about the city. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Blackpool, this is definitely the one to choose!

When my friend hurt her back,... read more I visited Blackpool for my sister’s 30th birthday and stayed at this hotel, and I was truly impressed by the service we received. When my friend hurt her back, the owner kindly went to the store to buy her a hot water bottle. He also helped carry our bags more than once—both when we arrived and when we left. He provided us with menus and offered great recommendations for restaurants and clubs. The room was exactly what you’d expect for the price, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent, with good customer service approach, very helpful manager Karl, who does not grumble to assist customers with any query or need , very friendly with... read more Excellent, with good customer service approach, very helpful manager Karl, who does not grumble to assist customers with any query or need , very friendly with customers and kids,the cleanness of the entire hotel is of standard including a table top fridge to keep your perishables fresh . in fact, I and Mrs including our children enjoyed our two night lodge at the hotel with our car parked and secured till the day of our departure thanks once again Karl we will definitely come back again and suggest to anyone to feel free to lodge there on your visit.
