Mcdonald's - Blackpool

The order lasted so long and the coffee was poured almost immediately when we got our order, the coffee was just warm. 15 minutes is not long time to wait for food in the great scheme of things, but if there will be a delay, they should wait before they pour the coffee. The tables were not clean and there was no sign that someone fulfilled this task and said it was very busy at that time. Otherwise the staff was pleasant and helpful

Breakfast at 10:15. Sausage egg meals great and hot. Chocolate also hot and not watered. Pancake good too. Self-ordering machine had no paper for reception. No table service. Top table surface clean. Toilets Cleanliness do not let us expect this device to spray fabric on the wall. Kindness words I could use... requires a deep clean.

Unfortunately, this place, as probably any other McDonald’s on Saturday, was extremely busy and there is not one liter in the upper floor, (important if you have a stroller), where more seats are available. However, the manager / front of the host in service (15/05/22) was so helpful, friendly and apologetic for the lack of elevator that was fair to be over his control. In addition, the food was as beautiful as usual and there were enough terminals and staff for anyone who did not use the app. Five stars when it had an elevator

I did not want to contradict the view of others in the hope that things would have been improved, but for me that is the dirtyest McDonald's I have ever had to visit the misfortune. If I hadn't promised to my elder that we would get a McDonald's, I would have turned around and pulled somewhere else, but we were at the door as soon as we had eaten. At no point we saw that every employee tries to delete a table, let alone, try to address the state of the floors, even the walls that are disgusting could believe the photos will say more than I can at all. Management must take a good look at the priorities of this website, seems to me that it is more important to get delivery orders out than the restaurant floor and facilities clear for those who eat in. For what it is worth employees who brought our food was polite and friendly. I just hope that the kitchen and food areas are not like the restaurant floor.

I would rate this place ZERO. If I had the chance. This place in my view shouldn’t even be called a McDonalds. The ordering machines were broken, so I had to order via till. I waited ONE WHOLE HOUR. Just to find out my order had been “lost”. But that wasn’t the case, they just didn’t want to make it! I spoke to 2 staff members who were very ignorant and didn’t even help. They took my order number and tossed it in the trash! There were others who were also experiencing the same issues. When I eventually got my food that had to be made by the manager, who also never apologised for me waiting almost two hours, I made my way upstairs to eat. And if you view the photos below, that is what it looked like in there. It was disgraceful, the tables were not cleaned at all and lots of staff walked up and didn’t even bother cleaning the rubbish. Even the burgers came in the wrong boxes! I’m not even going to go on, I’ve said enough, I’m begging anyone who reads this, please don’t visit this McDonald’s. It’s the worst place I think I’ve ever seen.
