we had dinner here before we wanted to see cat’s. we both had the cannelloni and it was wonderful! they received the trip advisor certificate when excellent for 2015. yes, it is the same decoration as 25 years ago, but eating was great. enjoys! View all feedback.

This restaurant could be great. Unfortunately the staff are not correctly trained and they were literally running around and it seemed a bit chaotic. The restaurant was quiet with little atmosphere due in part to very bright lighting and loud music particularly in the bar area. The service was poorly executed with a 45 min wait for the starters. I had a wonderful meal last week, although there was a long wait, it was definitely worth it. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The restaurant has been completely renovated and now offers delicious food with great service. The decor is a bit clinical, which takes away from the ambiance, but I would still highly recommend it.

The new Mamma's restaurant exceeded all expectations and then some. The food is amazing, the renovated space is fantastic, and the staff is top-notch. This is by far the best place in Blackpool for authentic, freshly made Italian food. Lee, Claire, Paul, Chris, and Marcus deserve all the praise they receive. More power to all of you. We will definitely be returning to Mamma's. Make sure to try everything on the menu! Best wishes to all.
Came here yesterday and frankly can say it's one of the best restaurants I was too. The food was amazing and the staff was even better. Thanks to Markus and Chris we had a pleasant time and a good laugh. The one thing I could say is that the menu is limited and would benefit from some other supplements and since I am not a big fan of seafood, I would no longer think about any seafood options. Will definitely be back here, but and again thank you all!!
The meal I had here was the best Italian meal I ever had and it came with purple potatoes!!! We arrived as a big party in a quiet night, they couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely recommend
Absolutely amazing staff would definitely come again with no issue good decent prices. Markuss the service manager amazing service. Paul the head chef amazing chef food is delicious. And of course Chris the bar manager hilarious couldn’t ask for better service thank you all
Had a wonderful evening, catching up with friend. I have been going to mamma’s for over 30 years, when. Friend (Diana) suggested mamma’s as it has re-opened after a refurbishment it was an easy yes. I’m so pleased we did, from the moment we arrived we were so warmly welcomed by Christian (bar manager) he was attentive, efficient and wanted to ensure we got exactly what we wanted offering us extensive choices for our pre meal g&t. New bar area is a great improvement. Morkuss the restaurant manager was equally attentive, very hospitable and nothing was too much trouble. The new menu was paired down but in a good way with lots to choose from but not overwhelming. Meal was delicious, I hope all the staff have great success with new venture and we will certainly be returning to this long standing Blackpool business, if you are just visiting Blackpool then it’s a must and I would encourage all Blackpool residents to frequent this long established business you won’t be disappointed.
