Hard chicken, orders messed up every single time, staff too busy having a laugh sitting on the side board. No apologies for awful food. Just don’t bother.
Chicken was not cooked, one bite and it was like biting rubber. Save your money. They do not try to fix the problem either.
This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. I had specifically ordered my meal a certain way, but received something completely different. When I called KFC to complain, they said they were not responsible and that I needed to contact Just Eat, the delivery service. This has happened multiple times and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. There always seems to be a problem with my order.
The customer service at this restaurant was extremely poor. One of the staff members named Kyle was rude and shouted at me and my mother to clear our table, even though we were still there. Despite explaining the situation, he continued to be disrespectful. We requested to speak to a manager, but no one came out to address the issue. The staff seemed to find the situation amusing, indicating that this behavior may be tolerated by the management. There was no apology given, and Kyle seemed to be behaving erratically, suggesting he may have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Overall, the experience left us feeling mistreated and ignored.
Totally let us down tonight for a children's party and didn't even let us know the food wasn't coming i will never use them again
