Harry Ramsden's Blackpool Tower
Harry Ramsden's Blackpool Tower
Description
The restaurant offers a mix of culinary delights, with some dishes, like the fish and chips, garnering praise for their taste, albeit at a higher price point. However, service appears to be inconsistent, with many patrons noting long wait times and a lack of attentiveness, particularly in managing orders and seating. While some found the food satisfactory and generous in portion, others criticized the size and value, highlighting a need for better organization. Despite charming staff and a warm atmosphere, the occasional disappointments may lead diners to seek alternatives in the city’s vibrant dining scene.

Feedback
A family of six visited the restaurant after a busy day in Blackpool. The waitress was impersonal and rushed us to place our order. We ordered food and drinks, but 5 out of 6 orders came out before we received our drinks, without any apology. The 6th meal was late and forgotten. Unfortunately, there was no apology or offer of recompense. Overall, the service was very poor.
Server couldn’t do enough to help, served very quickly and very generous portions
