This brilliant Chinese restaurant is nice and local for us and we love it! The food is fantastic and we enjoy eating in the restaurant and also have a takeaway meal on a regular basis. We were a group of four. We had some lovely starters big selection to choose from. Main courses were numerous too the food is very English though rather simplified Chinese, the sauces on two of our dishes were heavy and sweet the others were a bit bland. All in all quite a nice meal but not the best meal in a Chinese we have had, perhaps it was our choices that were at fault. View all feedback.
My companion and I ordered the mixed starter for two and sweet and sour chicken. The food arrived promptly, within about 10 minutes, but it was clear that it had been served pre-cooked. The prawn toast was soggy, the satay chicken lacked satay and was dry, and the sweet and sour chicken was stodgy and inedible, with a unpleasantly bright red sauce.
The food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing with top-notch service. I have been to many restaurants, and this one is definitely one of the best. I would give it a 10/10 for both the service and the food quality.
Last night, my wife and I enjoyed a delicious takeout from this restaurant. The mushroom foo yung was fresh and flavorful, and the beef in black bean sauce was also superb. Additionally, the salt and chili chips and egg fried rice were hot and delicious. We highly recommend this place!

Chinese's are hit and miss at the best of times. Have about 1 a month and this is consistently excellent. I had a sit down meal here once and the food was excellent. The staff although friendly lacked a bit of personality. The place lacked a bit of atmosphere. However the food is top banana.
