Cafe Chicco On The Green - Blackpool

The service was rubbish my daughter had to have cold food because they didnt warm it up properly so she wouldnt eat it not recommended at all not going back there

Been here today for a coffee break I had latte daughter had caramel latte and two grandsons had a chocolate cake which they said was delicious staff were friendly and helpful would definitely go back

Took my grand daughter for lunch, they do a reasonable children's box and i had a rather nice toasty. Prices are good. Staff polite. Toys inside to occupy children is a nice touch and on nice days a little park outside too. Fabulous dog friendly tables is the icing on the cake, but if you don't like dogs you can get a table a safe distance From them on the other side

I live in blackpool so when ever my family or friends bring their dog we like to call in here...not many dog friendly places left in blackpool.This place is nice and warm.plenty of tables.The chicco hot chocolate is lovely.foods reasonable to eat.staff are nice ..the grounds outside are kept clean and tidy with a play park in it too.Would recommend this place even if you dont have a dog..

We visit on occasion as a family to the cafe at the Solaris centre and we regulary enjoy the gardens and swings for the kids. Firstly I was short changed by £2 by a girl who was short in height and who never smiled at me. I only noticed when I got home. I was quite annoyed as I always tip the service everytime. Secondly when we asked if the food was on a young girl who wasn 't particulary pleasant said it finishes at 4pm. The time was 3.55pm. It wasn 't so much that we were late it was the way she informed us. A better way of putting it might have been 'I am really sorry the kitchen closes at 4pm ' would have been better. Might I suggest if the food finishes at this time the menu 's are removed from the tables as to avoid confusion with the customers. It only takes a couple of bad apples in a group of a well mannered staff team to ruin a businesses reputation. Unfortunately I think this extends to some of the managerial roles as well.
