As locals, we occasionally purchase take-away pizzas from Jack Loves Red to mix up our dining options. Our initial experience in this regard was very good. The quality was there in terms of taste and mixture, and the service attentive. recently, the service has...remained good but the quality of the take-away pizza has dropped significantly. Married woman outside confirmed by table phone for 3 jlr. arrived and my wife was told by an arrogant young guy that he had given our booked table to another group of 4. the table was empty. he pointed us to an inside 2 seat with a 3rd chair (facing high against surface) and said that is all he can do for us. the woman was quite annoyed at this point, so because of his arrogant attitude! I then intervened and told him that the table was unsuitable for 3 and that as we have booked he should honor our booking (outside table still empty at this time.) he refused and told me that the 2 sitzer was all he wanted to give us. we've gone out. worst experience. we were long time customers with extended family, but not back! jlr please put men without chips on the shoulders in the position to act politely with customers.
As a local we occasionally buy with a lot of pizzas from jack loves red to mix our restaurants. our first experience in this sight was very good. the quality was there with regard to taste and mix, and the service attentive. recently the service...have been good, but the quality of the moving pizza has fallen significantly. our last purchase was bland and less better than a budget offer from other companies. not recommended under current regulations.
What pizza. What people. So good. Loved it. A great little Australian restaurant capturing some delicious mediterranean and local classics. The pizza is good in or out.

I am one of the natives who have visited this restaurant in past several times. I had no pizza yet visited jack loves red for many years especially because I watched my diet to eat more home cooking healthy meals. I decided to take. away pizza tonight and much to my surprise was my favorite reef pizza still in the menu. I also ordered vulcan pizza. the girl who took the order was friendly, the person who made the delivery was friendly and friendly and the pizzas absolutely taste great.
