Cozy Kitchen - Black River

I recently placed my first order at this restaurant and it was a simple one. I ordered two cozy burgers, both without onions - one with curly fries and one without a bun but with extra shredded lettuce. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect as I received one burger with curly fries and one with regular fries, both including the bun. Despite clearly stating multiple times that I was following a low-carb diet. I was disappointed in the order taker. However, the food still had excellent flavor. I called back to inquire about how to ensure my order is correct in the future, but the person I spoke to seemed clueless and uninterested in rectifying the mistake. It's a shame that good customer service seems to be lacking these days. I recommend double-checking your order upon arrival.

I placed an order over the phone from Arizona to Fort Drum. The driver had trouble finding the address, but kept me updated throughout the process. Despite initially getting the address wrong, the driver persisted and eventually found my son's building number. The customer service was excellent. My son thoroughly enjoyed the food.

The bourbon chocolate cake is a standout! Definitely a must-try dish. I wasn't very impressed with the BLT, but the cheeseburger could use more seasoning. The haddock sandwich is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. The customer service and delivery service are great. They also offer delivery.
