This branch is in a good location in the town; however, if they want to keep customers coming back, they need to retrain the staff on how to give proper customer service in every sense of the word. The food is good as always, and I like the new varieties they added; that's wonderful. They take both cash and cards, and they have a drive-through as well. Their prices are very competitive. The portions are way more in terms of the size of their chicken. Wheelchair access is available. Parking is very limited, but not much can be done about it.

The costumer service is terrible a little word of advice don't use the drive true its best you go inside you mite get through in half and hour if you are second in line. Oh! And don't forget to check your order before you leave I ordered a breakfast and they didn't even have the decency to tell me they only had fried dumplings which I found out about when I was way gone smh the staff need to do better hope management pay close attention before....

This is a fantastic restaurant with outstanding customer service. Their ice cream is absolutely exceptional!

Mother's Santa Cruz is a decent spot for delicious food that offers good value for your money. Initially famous for their patties, Mother's has successfully expanded their menu to include a wide variety of meals. In addition to the classic patties and loaves, you can now find burgers, burger meals, chicken dishes, chicken buckets, sandwiches, and even ice cream. While the food is certainly satisfying and worth both your time and money, the drive-thru experience leaves much to be desired. It functions more like an extra cashier rather than a convenient way to pick up and pay for your meal. Often, it takes longer to receive your order at the drive-thru than it would if you walked inside and ordered at the counter. The ordering system can be unreliable, forcing you to drive up, place your order, pay, and then wait at the same window. Although there are two windows, they typically only use one. Additionally, the cashiers at the counter sometimes fail to acknowledge customers when greeted. Despite these drawbacks, I recommend giving Mother's a try. The food is excellent, and the value is definitely there.
