Let me start with the good things. The customer service is okay, the quantity of the food is worth the money. Lastly, the quality preparation of the food is the worst. It is tasteless, the worst tasting food. View all feedback.

The last of Homestyle locally owned restaurants in Santa Cruz. If you crave an authentic Jamaican meal cooked to your delight I recommend them. They've mastered soups. Dining may not be available due to the covid restrictions. Customers service declines based on the of customers but overall very swift and respectful. The facilities and decor are not necessarily state of the art but are comfortable. The management deals with criticism and queries well . They also deliver in around Santa Cruz.
If you need a restaurant with excellent customer service, well cooked meal, friendly staff...no pork or shrimp is cooked there...then Cynthia is the place
The restaurant was very hot! But service was quick, and the food was of good proportion and very delicious.
