Mountain Sunrise Cafe - Black Mountain

Decided to meet a friend for breakfast and try something new. Stopd by Mountain Sunrise Cafe and was sitting outside on a picnic bench. Small place, but had good seats outside and some table options inside. We ordered breakfast, but they also have lunch menu options for later on the day. The food came out pretty fast, even though they were busy. It reminded me of a little diner in what was offered and what we got. Not bad little place to enjoy with friends and family. Easy and easy to front.

I have exactly what I needed! It made me so happy to sit on the veranda of a purple building on the first pathetic day after a heat wave. There were many plants and shadows and not much road traffic, so it was really soothing. I enjoyed my Omelet and some of my food companions pancakes I recommend! Some other reviews have negative comments about eating and drinking. I found that I got what I expected – it's a small local diner, not a Michelin star restaurant. It was casual, timely, friendly, and the food was cheap. Thank you.

Best hamburgers ever! Cooked to order, well made, and the bungalow was slightly roasted and hidden with all fixations. The cook did a great job as well as the waiters who kept our glasses filled with iced tea.

The staff is so friendly and the food is absolutely amazing. I've never had better cookies and Gravy. In any case, eat on your list of places!

I enjoy going to this quiet little cafe. I've only had breakfast there (served all day! , but the eggs are always done just right. My husband had lunch and found his Reuben to be quite recommendable.
