Great options for those seeking vegan options, organic food, health food, or all natural products. Try the falafels and dumplings they sell. Great stuff. Also, super friendly people. The lady who works there has lots of awesome food/cooking tips to pass along. If you want something they don't have, ask. They may order it for you. : Updated from previous review on 2013-01-11 View all feedback.
I popped in here to grab some food as I was staying at a nearby hotel. They had a cooler with some sandwiches and fresh orange juice. Also grabbed a jar of salsa and chips. Definitely worth a stop by for its quaintness :

I recently visited 2008 Black Mountain Natural Foods and was truly impressed by the variety, energy, and vibe of the place. Black Mountain is a clean and inviting area that attracts artists, musicians, and anyone interested in natural healing and health foods. For those who enjoy vegetarian, vegan, and raw food, the Asheville/Black Mountain region offers a wide range of dining options. It’s a beautiful location worth exploring.
