Was Anonym at Mountain Stop Cafe a mag?
Our group of 6 climbed Mt Cooroora in the morning, so were desperate for a great meal. This is the spot. All day brekkie, burgers with the lot, huge spinach pie with salad, great coffee. Chilled spot under the umbrellas on the corner. Thanks???????? View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Mountain Stop Cafe:
We went there for breakfast on Saturday, it was quite busy and we were told it would be a 20 min wait for food which we didn't mind, had a really nice coffee in the meantime. The wait turned out to be an hour and...More View all feedback.

If you would like tips on how not to treat local customers, please, by all means visit the Mountain Stop in Pomona. This husband and wife team spend more time lecturing their customers on why substations are not allowed: "mushrooms are very expensive and we are losing money on them" or "avocado is not available because it is too expensive!" Despite the fact that these are featured on the menu. The best way to kill a local customer's loyalty to your business is to go into depth and lengthy detail about why you are unwilling to meet their needs. If you are visiting Pomona, you'll enjoy a one off meal and a coffee made by a teenager. Just don't as for substitutions!

Stopped for lunch here after attending the Pomona Markets. What a surprise - we ordered a hamburger and were rewarded with enormous old style hamburger from the days we could remember in a far off time. They were enormous but that wasn't the real attraction - it was the additions - beetroot! lettuce, tomato, egg and home made hamburger. This was topped off with a toasted roll that was good in itself.Service was incredible friendly - when I enquired about the size of the hamburger I was informed if I really wanted a bigger size (incredible) there was a special available.Coffee was quite good - considering how many people were sitting outside enjoying the sunshine with us.We will return but not to try the special hamburger though - ours was just great - thank you.

Having fasted so a vampire could take "half an armful" of blood (ack. Tony Hancock), we ordered breakfast & sat in the sunshine at an outside table. Being a Friday it was not too busy & our meals arrived in good order. Omelette with 4 fillings was excellent at $12 & the $8 breakfast wrap contained just about everything. Paired with a pot of tea & a latte it totaled $27.50.

Service and food was excellent. I had the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, with a chai latte. 10 out o f 10. Lovely ambience, well worth the visit.
