However, I wish there... read more The staff was incredibly friendly, and the rooms were spotless. There’s a good variety of video poker machines and table games available. However, I wish there was a snack bar for a quick bite, like a hot dog. Unfortunately, there was no snack bar open during my visit on a Wednesday night, only a small restaurant.

Unfortunately, there aren’t enough servers to take drink orders, and the machines are quite tight. I have visited three times, and each experience has been the same. However, I did stay overnight in a room last October, and it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. With so many casinos to choose from, I don’t think I can continue to deal with machines that are this tight.

I accidentally tipped the server $50 for a beer instead of the intended $5. She came back shortly after to confirm if that was my intention, which I really didn't expect. What a lovely person!

The staff is friendly to those who tip generously, but if you just need some help, their attitude seems to change.

The room was fantastic, the pillows we... read more I had a quick little getaway that left me wondering about the mattress I slept on and where I could buy one just like it. The room was fantastic, the pillows were comfortable, and the food at the Fireside Grill was delicious. However, I do think there should be more signage in the garage to help people like me avoid circling level 5 twice. If you can point me to where I can get a mattress like the one in room 2906, all will be forgiven!
