If 5 stars was available.. it would be a compliment for this hotel/club/pub/restaurant . Stay here you said? Have the pleasure of sitting on a bit of furniture (the chair which looks like it was last cleaned when the building first opened Do be prepared to place your bathroom items (shampoo, toothpaste etc... either on the dirty bathroom floor or anywhere but the only broken shelf in the bathroom. After coming out of the shower... I 've definitely felt cleaner after coming off a rugby field Sleep? Not a chance mate. You might as well sleep with your head on the speaker playing Carpet? Carpet looked like it had foot peeling on it

Stopped for sunday lunch recently , food was good, how they do fish and chips for £8.30 ive no idea! Partner had hunters chicken also very nice. Would definately return if in the area.

Staff in pub very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely and hot. Good choice though had run out of ribeye steak. Room needs a good over haul. Wallpaper peeling. Broken tiles and broken toilet cistern! Room clean, but a little chilly. Heater available. Bed linen and towels clean. The light 'packed up ' halfway through evening so had no light source. No bedside lights. Shower temperamental..... scorching hot. Then run out of hot water so couldn 't wash my hair.

To be honest after 35 years working in the hospitality sector I’m pretty sure this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had on arrival the staff were friendly and welcoming the staff mentioned that it was going to be a bit noisy for both Friday and Saturday night due to some music why this wasn’t advised when booking giving us the choice not to book at all and look for somewhere else we thought at least Sunday would be ok only to find that another night of loud music I love music but not when I’m looking for a hotel for the night to sleep why would anyone want that We ordered lunch which was ok but we’re not offered the 20% discount as advertised The rooms are very basic run down and the beds are very uncomfortable I gave up with shower either scolding or cold Yes it’s cheap that was not the reason for booking we had family and business in the area so needed to be local to Narborough I would suggest just be honest if your going to rent rooms out with load music and basic services then they’ll be no expectation we will not be using again
