If you would like to book with Booking etc., please be careful. The apartments in the hotel are still offered by third parties that have nothing to do with the hotel (Lotfi). The apartment we booked was dirty (at 6:30 p.m. in the evening), there was still urine from the previous person in the toilet, dirty towels and bed linen. When asked at reception, they said that the third-party provider Lotfi has to do this. We called Lotfi, nothing. I then wrote to him in Booking that I wanted to cancel then he suddenly called and boldly lied that he hadn't received any information from Booking but I should cancel because otherwise he would have to pay fees. Before I arrived I asked how I could pay. Funny that he replied but he didn't receive my booking. The hotel workers couldn't make me any other offer, which is why I went to the Hotel Nour. Much better than this anyway. The receptionist was also extremely unfriendly.
