The best gluten free pizza I have tasted to-date. It is hardly recognisable from a normal wheat based pizza. One can even choose any other pizza and they will make it on a gluten free base (buckwheat). I took the Pescatora on a gluten free base and it was fantastic. What Roberto Bruno doesn't like about Fabbrica Pizza:
Unfortunately we didn't really like the pizza we ate, some because of the dough, some because of the seasoning, but we weren't satisfied. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 View all feedback.
THE MOST ANONYMOUS AND POOREST PIZZA EVER. My partner and I had a thin pizza and a normal one, the thin one worse than a cracker, non-existent seasoning, mozzarella that can be seen with binoculars, sour tomato. The other normal dough is totally tasteless. I would like to tell the owners that the competition is strong, and you only make pizzas so you should make them well. Poor and low quality ingredients. A shame. The only positive note is the bottled beer. The Kebabbaro next door does them better than you.
