Dirty rooms, in the bathroom there is still pubic hair from the previous guest (or from several, who knows) just disgusting, even after I informed the boss about it and was in the room with him, the bathroom was only partially cleaned in the evening. Then I informed the unfriendly lady at the reception about it and also said that I would like to check out, the lady then pointed out to me that I had to pay 90% cancellation fees for 3 of 4 nights.
