Casa Del Manzo - Bitburg

I'm here several times and never disappointed. The burgers are super good! But also the pasta and pretty much everything else. Really like this place. The staff is also beautiful.

We've been here since the reopening and never had a bad experience. The menu is interesting and seems to have a little different options, the other Italian restaurants, although they still offer the classics. They are pizza is delicious, especially the tomato sauce actually has a nice taste. We are very picky when it comes to burgers and have never been disappointed. The only thing is that the prices are a little too high to get only a burger, but do not contain any side. It would be great if there was a page of regular frits in the price. The best Italian place in bitburg!

I had the pleasure of eating in this restaurant with my daughter. We had both burgers. Being American I enjoyed the Italian burger with an order from Steak-Fries. That was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. They also had a great menu with a little something for everyone. Pizza, pasta and burger to mention just a few. The owner was great as well as the waiting staff. If you ever come to Bitburg, this place is a must to see. Decor was very nice and a great atmosphere.

The real irony, is that we just returned from a 7 day vacation traveling through-out Italy and the best Italian pasta we have ever had is in Bitburg, Germany :-) The manager of the Leander Hotel in Bitburg recommended the Casa Del Manzo. I had a Hamburger on her recommendation. I make it a point not to have a hamburger when away from USA. Why would someone travel from USA and order an American meal? However, the Blue Cheese Hamburger was one of the best I have had any where in the world. So order the 3 Pasta meal and the Blue Cheese Hamburger. Oh, almost forgot, have the Tiramisu for dessert.

With a limited menu they focus on quality! Gnocchi was delicious! Ravioli was gone in a blink of an eye.. BBQ Pizza was perfect! Definitely will be back to try out the rest of the menu..
