Wendy's - Bismarck

Never go here, terrible service. legit made us wait 20 minutes and we decided to drive away because they were rude and awkward… dead silence. they definitely do not know what they are doing.

This is by far one of the worst Wendy's I've been to. First of all, the menu posted outside does not reflect the amount they charge you. Not one burger of the 4 we ordered was correct. The fries were cold at 12:30 in the afternoon. But it's closest to the interstate and we're on the road. So we got duped. See the Jr bacon cheeseburger with only ketchup. No bacon, no cheese, no ketchup. Weird...

Terrible. Didn't eat the fries. As you can see, half full. I threw away half the sandwich. She didn't eat at all. Had a can of soup instead. Definitely not what was pictured. The baconator had no bacon. We did a lot of takeout the last couple of weeks. Wendy's was far the worst.

Worst customer service ever. Person taking our order seemed like he had better places to be and was annoyed by our questions on menu items. Food was over salted and/or sauces leaking out everywhere. Beverages were flat and gross tasting.

Our family rolled into the drive-thru as those people who are minutes before closing with 3 hungry children under 9 and not quite sure that Google lists the right hours. Ani was absolutely incredible and made our evening, engaged with our children and made us welcome even though we had an order for 5 so close to midnight. The rest of the staff was friendly and understanding! Amazing customer service all around.
