What Amy T doesn't like about McDonald's:
1/5 of a Paid 4$ for soggy Fries that sat too long...when I sent my boyfriend in there. They came back with these fries just came out talk about lazy and annoying! Like why I can 't get hot fries? I paid almost 5$ for 1 potatoes! This particular fast food restaurant just doesn 't value customer service...smh!!!.
Tbh I wasn’t aware that if u get 2 drinks that u had to ask for a drink carrier, because I definitely didn’t get asked if I needed or would like one
McDonald's is pretty much always the same. The fries were really hot this day lol.
The employees were great however the wait time was not unfortunately

Went threw expressway mcds about 7:00pm and just want to say the crew and food was amazing. We're kinda complicated family for food orders and this crew made it happen with just an amazing attitude and customer service. The food was delicious, warm, and it was all there! Even the fries were amazing. I called them to thank them even which I never do. Please give this crew a raise cause wow just wow absoulty amazing. 9-25-22 7pm expressway mcds absoulty amazing thank you for making a crazy night easy and fulfilling.
