Grand Junction Grilled Subs Bismarck

Absolutely delicious. Fries were crispy and delicious. My sandwich came out perfect.

We love the food here. When we came in, it seemed as though a lady was asking about her order, they resolved the issue. We ordered our food and the gentleman that took our order was very friendly, and worked throughout our entire experience. However, the other 2 that were cooking our food forgot to put our fries in and complained loudly about the lady that was before us for the entirety of our visit. It was very unprofessional and poor service. The only reason this is getting any stars is because of the gentleman that took our order.

We walked in he asked us what we wanted to order. We had never been to this place before so we needed just a minute to review the menu. Once we are ready to order our sandwich he informed us that would be 30 minutes before we received our sandwich because they got a big to go order and then it would come before or 4 sandwiches.

My favorite spot to visit when I come back….. this however was the worst experience ever at any Grand Junction! Was the driest sandwich I have ever had, the fries were under cooked, the nuggets over cooked. The self check out is nice addition, maybe put a sign in front of the till for when you’re busy. Not everyone is aware it’s there or needs to be utilized. Had a kids eat free special running but no one knew how to do it on the self check out so they had to actually take our order, than got attitude with us about it. Noted, go to the Mandan location!

Wish I could comment on the food, but they were backed up 35 minutes for an online order. We were one of several groups that left without food. I get that they had an order, but to tell everyone walking in the door that they would have to wait for 35 minutes doesn't seem like the best way to handle it. We will try again one day and hopefully have a much better experience.
