Very personable and kind staff! Great drinks! Also I know that thw do have a back room by the restrooms, for the other reviewer. Not sure what they were doing but that is definitely a possibility View all feedback.
What Erica S doesn't like about Caribou Coffee:
I am a big Caribou fan but this is and has been since they opened the WORST Caribou ever. I have never had a drink made correctly here even after asking the barista to remake it kindly it still turns out wrong. And one morning at 10 am they did not have ANY coffee and wouldn’t have for a couple of hours. View all feedback.
Ordered Xl drink. most expensive drink- Walked away, took a few sips and it was empty with packed ice up to the top- Nothing more to drink -unless i waited for the packed ice to melt- Brought it to thier attention- they refused and were happy i didnt get anything to drink- told them thanks for screwing me -they flipped me off- Cheated me out of enjoying something to drink

This coffee is one of the best coffees I have ever tasted, my husband and I are Puerto Ricans and we love strong coffee, they have earned a customer
Good flavor, totally wrong orders both morning. 2 more days here.. back to the people who get my order correct.
While ago this was a good location for coffee, not currently. The current servers mess up my orders often. Recently I asked for a hot mocha with whip and I got an iced mocha with no whip, and I ordered a small hot chocolate with whip and got charged a large hot chocolate with no whip that tasted bad. I will hold off doing business at this location with the current staff.
