Super awesome staff. Went there to use my bday coupon. Things have been tight for me lately, I've been struggling over this past year. I was just over $2 short for my order, the girl taking my order paid for my whole meal. Amaze View all feedback.
What Aisha McGlynn doesn't like about Arby's:
I used to go to Arby’s frequently fantastic customer service from a young gal named Bekah. She has not been there the last few times I have been there so I assume she is no longer there. Two star rating reflects the current service I receive not the past. When you have staff that treat the customer right leadership should reward them and learn from them. I do like the new burgers. In addition to the delicious food at great prices, I left feeling really uplifted after my experience with the indoor service. The three girls working together radiated such positive energy, and it truly enhanced my visit. It was around 11:00, and I left feeling optimistic and ready for a better day ahead.
The staff is consistently polite and friendly, providing quick service, and they always get our order right.
The service exceeded my expectations compared to many fast food places. However, the fries were disappointing. On the other hand, the roast beef was fantastic.
The restaurant was clean, although they were out of turkey. I enjoyed the sandwich I ordered. The young lady who took my order was very helpful and kind!
We had a rather amusing experience here. We waited in the drive-thru for about 10 to 20 minutes, and there was hardly any way to exit once we were in. When we finally reached the speaker, an automated voice informed us that they were closed. It's not really their fault; we arrived a bit late, even though the maps indicated they were open until 10 PM, and it was only around 9:40.
