What Iain Hutchison dislikes about Wok 2000:
I spent over £52 on takeout last night. When I picked up my order, I asked about the prawn crackers, and was informed that they weren't included and had to be purchased separately. I confirmed this, and I was surprised. It seems like you take your customers for granted. I've never encountered this before. Perhaps you should make more of an effort to keep your customers happy.
