What Michael Schuett doesn't like about Waffle House:
The worst service I have ever received. Waitress was very rude started off with writing down my order and got not a single thing correct. I ended up having to reorder to get what I wanted while the rest of my party ate. She had a very very poor attitude constantly being rude and disruptive and disrespectful to her coworkers including flipping off a coworker in front of customers. The food was so bland. The service was ok. I can't really say anything good about the place.
All of the staff were friendly and positive, even though they were very short staffed. The atmosphere was nice. Our experience there was great.
Fast Friendly Service. The cheesesteak Omellette was the best I had. The waitress checked back often and kept my coffee topped off. Great job!

Rolled into Waffle House freezing our bottoms off after doing some winter camping on New Year's Eve. Although looking like a mix of dirt and camp smoke, we were warmly received. Kimberly, our server, was phenomenal! So kind, attentive and expedient. The food was banging. The most pleasant WH experience I have ever had. Thanks again to the staff of the Biscoe WH. You ladies rock!.
