Bojangles - Biscoe
Bojangles
Description
An often-busy fast-casual spot serving hearty fried chicken, oversized sandwiches, flaky biscuits and well-regarded seasoned fries and sauces. Service ranges from speedy, friendly drive-through and standout employees to slow, understaffed shifts with long waits. Food quality is hit-or-miss—excellent, juicy chicken and fresh sides at times, but occasionally greasy, overcooked or dry. Casual, family-friendly atmosphere, ample parking and budget-friendly prices make it a convenient local choice if you can tolerate variability.

Wife and I headed to bojangles for a bite to eat and that just what I got ordered chicken strip meal and 2 different dipping sauces received 1 sauce and chicken nuggets after my wife stopped laughing took it back to counter all their chicken were bite size nuggets paid good money for less then adequate meal corporate needs to wake up to what's happening out there here's an idea put an under cover boss out there We will never return
We were greeted the minute we walked in were very impressed with the service. The young lady ringing us up was very friendly. The highlight of our visit was Nitta. She was so friendly helpful, and had us laughing our whole visit. She is a very valuable employee! We only wish we lived closer so we could visit more often! The food was all hot and fresh as well!
Apparently they can't read I ordered a steak biscuit combo Bo size with Bo rounds. Yes I should of checked but drove back out to main highway before I realized I got a ham biscuit that barely had ham on it which I didn't want and did get the Bo rounds but not Bo size I mean you can't even get a simple order right come on
Told me there were no more pork chop biscuits for 5 minutes, got Cajun filet biscuits instead. Ended up waiting in line for 10 so I switched when I got to the window and still ended up waiting another 10 minutes somehow. I guess they only made a few at a time. They're were nice when I made the last minute change but I just don't get why I waited so long and still had to wait more.
Oh lord where do I start. I walk into the restaurant at around 11am to have my ear drum pierced from the ongoing fire alarm that was going off all night. As I was told. But besides that once I finally was able to place my order I was told that there's was NO CHICKEN and there was only milk and water available to drink. But oh wait there's more upon requesting ketchup all the ketchup packets where stuck together. And the worker said they were all stuck like that in no rush to fix it. And last but not least the drive through was getting tea and we had to ask to get tea in an attitude. I do not recommend to go there if you want a tea, chicken.
