The entire place was grimy and run down. The bathroom was so gross and showed months and months of poor cleaning. The seats were so gross and dirty. Food was consistent with Bojangles so that was what was expected but obviously the manager is absent. Staff was unfriendly and a few of them were sitting down in the main seating area or just not doing anything.Overall just a run down and gross atmosphere.

The restaurant was quite unclean, with a lot of garbage and dirt on the floors and tables. There were receipts under the counter where you place your order, and the bathroom was in poor condition and had a bad smell. I hope the management takes better care of the establishment. The staff wasn't very welcoming; they mostly just stared at you. On a positive note, the food was delicious.
I visited the drive-thru and found the staff to be very friendly and kind. They were also incredibly quick compared to other Bojangles locations.
Drive thru. The service was horrible. The food was cold and they forgot numerous items from our order. When I went inside about the missing items and cold food. I got nothing but attitude from the staff. I just wanted the items I ordered.
