I had a quiet meal at The Quarry. I usually don't eat meatloaf, but I tried the meatloaf sandwich and it was surprisingly delicious. The meat salad was made perfectly, with thick strips of speck, plenty of cheese, and a tasty grill sauce. The house salad was the largest I had ever seen. The restaurant wasn't crowded on a Monday night, so if you're in town and looking for good service and a peaceful atmosphere, I woul... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Quarry Bisbee:
first the place seems like its standard small town restaurant, and it is, but the decor is interesting, the personal is friendly, and the good is delicious. there are at least two things to know, the stand is hard, but tolerable, and the toilets are a tight squeeze. I would go back if I was in bisbee. View all feedback.

We went about 30 minutes after they were open on Monday, with probably 10 other people inside. first everything seemed great (like the beginning of a horror film.) not busy, the server sat us fast and was very friendly and attentive. he made a great cocktail recommendation for my friend who enjoyed them very much. shortly after we ordered a burger, pommes and grilled cheese. After about 20 minutes we noticed that no food came from the kitchen. 10 minutes walk past and eating begins served. a few commands came together, but not ours. we assumed that their process had a few tickets to make a time in groups, which was good because eating looked quite delicious. it seemed worth waiting, so I ordered another drink. the restaurant had become a little more busy at this place and our server said he would get it as soon as he had free time. that was the last time that drink was ever mentioned. 20 minutes and nothing yet. some food starts coming back from the kitchen in groups, but others who were ordered after us are served. 10 minutes later our server comes by and informs us that our lunch ticket was somehow incorrectly placed and that it would be another 20-30 minutes. he only offered to have taken a drink from the register card, although we already wait an hour for a burger and grilled cheese. we decided to pay our tab and go instead. I'm sure that eating would have been delicious, but the experience made a very sour taste is our mouth and will not go back. it has also come to my attention after most, if not all, of the personal are involved in satanism. I personally would have known that before the hand, I would never have fed into the house. bisbee is a beautiful, quirky and historical place, but the quarry is a blemish on the cities call. prost and gott speed.
Fantastic food but if you're in a hurry or have an attitude don't bother patronizing this establishment. Everything on the menu made from scratch and completely worth the wait. If you're willing to chill and let the Bisbee vibe guide you, you will have one of the best dining experiences of your life.
Cool little gastropub. Bit of a dive, but I love dives. Food was incredibly delicious; my only complaint is that the petite' sirloin came with a ridiculous amount of fries, and was clearly cooked with or over a fire that tasted of lighter fluid. We'll be back though.
Great as always! Hadn't been for while (thanks, global pandemic) but as always totally worth it all. Even had great service during a power outage, too. Thanks to Dana and everyone else at The Quarry for always keeping it awesome (and delicious)!Just remember, this is not a fast service establishment. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy.
