My experience was just alright. The food was decent, but the frozen Coke machine was out of order. Additionally, the women's bathroom was not clean.
Today, I had just been released from the hospital and was 3.5 hours away from home with nowhere to pass the time. The team at Burger King took great care of me, providing delicious food and allowing me to wait there all day. I want to give a special shout-out to Angelica, the morning manager, Breny, the evening manager, and Jovanna, who worked the front end. You are all wonderful, and the world needs more people like you. Thank you for your kindness and patience!
The service is excellent. However, this location does not honor the nationally advertised $5 price for the Southwestern BK Jr. meal, instead charging $6. This is in a low-income area, but it's not the fault of the staff.
Burger King only accepts cash, and their service is quite disappointing! I'm just hoping the fries are served hot!
This is a straightforward review. The staff are polite but lack warmth. The food tasted good, but the dine-in experience was disappointing. Meals were served in to-go bags rather than properly plated. The restaurant’s interior is in poor condition, with dim lighting that gives the impression it’s closing soon. It clearly needs significant renovation. I'm surprised it meets health and safety standards in its current state.
