This has become my regular weekend coffee haunt. They are very friendly and my coffees have been great. There is a great playground for kids and it has a sheltered outdoor feel. They did have a glitch with their computer ordering system, which could happen anywhere. However their gr... View all feedback.

Sign out front states " come in for smiles" but haven't met one yet. As a visitor staying in the area I've visited regularly over the last month. I've found the staff unfriendly with poor customer service. The coffee is tasteless & weak, really just warm milk in a cup. The service is so slow I've been tempted to cancel my order. I used a coffee card and my order always included a baby chino ( at an exorbitant $2) but... View all feedback.

Cute little cafe. We'd canoe'd round Kawana lakes. Came up and my partner son and I had a drink each and some food. Reasonably priced, delicious food and the staff are so friendly and polite. Really welcoming. Free wifi..There's even a kids play bit that has a geo cache at the top.

I've found the staff unfriendly with poor customer service. The coffee is tasteless & weak, really just warm milk in a cup. The service is so slow I've been tempted to cancel my order. I used a coffee card and my order always included a baby chino ( at an exorbitant $2) but when I received my free coffee there was no offer of a free baby chino. I was tempted to argue the case but the staff are so grim I didn't dare. They rely too much on the captive audience provided with the workers from the new housing development and need to truly up their game to achieve full potential and become a neighborhood destination.
I have been to this place several times. Great playground for kids and nice atmosphere. Staff very hot and cold the last time we were there near closing and heard the staff say "Good bye and **** off" under there breath but loud enough for me to hear, to an elderly couple as they were leaving. Had a glass of wine and a beer (served in a plastic glass) overall pretty average. Would not go back
My partner and I plus a elderly friend, and our middle aged pooch, have eaten at this establishment on nine separate occasions (except for our pooch he's quite content just watching the comings and goings), and not once have we at all been disappointed with their service (always friendly) and the great food and coffees, We have recommended IZBA to a number of our friends and their feedback to us has always been positive. While we where there today a sign appeared, "Mexican Night 2 July". A member of staff showed us the menu for this particular event and it looked so temping that we booked a table for 4. All the young staff are friendly and pleasant and nothing is too much bother for them. Congratulations 'guys' and keep up the excellent work. You all deserve a pat on the back. We could quiet easily give 5 stars but we'l'l give 4.5 as 5 might just go to your heads and we certainly don't want for that to happen now do we plus we don't want for you all to sit on your laurels (ouch) now do we.We are certainly are looking forward to Sunday 2 July, OLE!
