Simla - Birmingham
Simla
Description
Simla offers a diverse dining experience, with food quality and service that can vary widely. While some guests rave about delicious offerings like butter chicken and lamb balti, others report disappointing dishes that lack flavor, with tough meats and inadequate portion sizes. Service seems to be a constant theme, oscillating between attentive and unprofessional, with some patrons feeling uncomfortable due to staff behavior. However, the restaurant garners praise for its kid-friendly atmosphere and reasonable prices. Overall, Simla has the potential to delight diners, but consistency remains elusive.

Was actually the worst food I’ve eaten. Service was terrible! 2 main dishes not eaten and informed they was no edible but still charged for them. Wouldn’t return here! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
Had a take away from here to try it. People we know rave about the place... Yeah, won't be bothering again. The sauce was bland and watery, the meat dry and tasted like it was cooked yesterday and reheated. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
