The venue is large and our group had organised a private karaoke room The room was dark and cold and didn’t have the atmosphere you’d have hoped for a function room. The private toilet off the room lacked any hand soap very poor On arrival I had to speak with 3 members of staff and none could comprehend that I had arranged as part of a party for a function room. Also when the karaoke Mike stopped working no staff wanted to take ownership to sort it out. It’s frustrating when all you want to do is enjoy yourself not chase around trying to sort things out. The food though was plentiful, hot, fresh and tasty. Choice was fantastic. Just a shame the other areas let them down.

We were here to celebrate my son’s 10th birthday I was not amused at the way the staff treated us for asking if they could sing him happy birthday I did email t... read more We were here to celebrate my son’s 10th birthday I was not amused at the way the staff treated us for asking if they could sing him happy birthday I did email the manager later because of the attitude of the staff and was called back and offered one free meal on our next visit there is 4 of us so to get my free meal I will need to spend approx £70 plus drinks not really a great compensation I think the meal should have been half price next time and they should have offered to sing happy birthday to him like we had requested Maybe they need to hire some customers service specialist as this will impact on peoples decision to visit in the future Food was good But staff treat you like animals not great Mr d Chan pls take note

On... read more Reserved a table online for 20:00. Received numerous messages from the restaurant reminding us of the booking plus telling us the table was ours until 22:00. On arrival we were informed that we had to vacate the table by 21:00 after some discussion we were told that the table was ours until 21:30 what they didn’t tell us was that they would start removing the food just before 21:00 bizarrely starting with the deserts. Overall average food in an average restaurant, cannot comment on the deserts as we didn’t get any. Also a bit pricy at £21:99 per person.
