Girl behind counter needs to learn the menu, I questioned the price as different to menu displayed, she couldn't answer, called her manager but he was too busy... read more Girl behind counter needs to learn the menu, I questioned the price as different to menu displayed, she couldn't answer, called her manager but he was too busy chatting to his friends, he sorted the order, no apologies from either, customer service ZERO from both, food average wouldn't rush to use this branch again, a shame as KFC worldwide and good reputation, sadly this branch leaves a lot to be desired,STAFF NEED TRAINING, COME ON KFC SHOW SOME PRIDE IN YOUR DELIVERY OF SERVICE AND TELL STAFF TO UP THEIR MANNERS!!!!

Waste of time coming back, I'll try and phone, but to no avail, I'll try again.. Not impressed at all

We downloaded the KFC app and ordered at other places with no issue however when we ordered from here we were tracking our driver when suddenly we got a notification saying our order was undeliverable for some reason! We called them and they said to wait 15 minutes, those 15 minutes turned into an hour and we had to eventually drive over to the place just to realise they hadn’t even delivered it yet and that our order was just sitting in the back all cold. We asked for a refund for our delivery charge since that delivery never came and they said they couldn’t do that because of the technical issues? then how come they had made the order in the first place? anyways now we wasted on money on delivery and became our own deliverers for our order which honestly makes me feel really disappointed in this place. The next day, we had weird stomachs, so I don’t know if they prepare the food poorly or keep ready-made food under those heat lamps for too long. Compared to other KFCs, the food isn’t great either. It feels kind of dry and stale, like care wasn’t put into making it. They also didn’t have certain drinks, which seems to be a common theme based on other reviews; people mention that they often run out of salad or miss parts of orders. You’d think most of these establishments would be consistent across the board since they’re part of a big-name brand, but I guess it all depends on the management, the level of training they provide to staff, and the pride they take in their specific franchise. Overall, it just had a very unprofessional vibe. I’m not sure if that’s normal for this location since we don’t live in the area, but I’ve never experienced this at any other KFC before, so it was definitely a letdown.
