This KFC was closed down for a while for refurbishment. When it reopened, not much appeared to change other than its appearance The service is quite hit and miss as some staff are friendly and polite whereas some others are just simply rude!
This KFC is a little bit hit and miss depending on the date and time you go. On a couple of occasions they've forgotten something for my order which I've discovered after leaving the drive thru
I was on my way to a meeting and was feeling rather hungry, so popped into this KFC which sits just off the M6 Junction 10.Restaurant has recently been refurbished and was clean and tidy.The service was prompt and friendly and I got the pieces I asked for without any issue. (I asked for a breast and a rib as I prefer the chunkier white meat). The meal was hot with a generous portion of fries, the chicken was not at all greasy as I have found it can be in some branches of KFC.
Shocking was told at 10.40 can you give me 2 mins. Came back can I take your order. 4 piece chicken meal please Sorry we don’t have any chicken on the bone. Ok anything else then please only hot wings. We close in 20mins So I won’t be using you again
Our food was fine but someone we were with had a mouldy piece of chicken in her boneless banquet which quite frankly was just disgusting. Put us all off and all the staff did was offer to swap the 1 piece instead of the whole box or even a refund. Place was filthy and all. Rank
