As 2 young girls from Shrewsbury, on our way back from a Birmingham hospital appointment, and completely out of area, your staff at Walsall Junction 10 went above and beyond to help us! We had broken down on M6, and moved to your car park as a 'safe place between approx 3:30pm until 9pm, while we waited for RAC to take us home the rest of the way. We each bought meals, but after explaining the situation, we were given free drinks, and borrowed one of the staffs phone chargers, which was extremely helpful when battery was completely flat! A special thanks to 'Soph ' for being extra helpful with regards to all of this, including informing the parking company that unfortunately we overstated, so we would t get fined ect she was extremely busy but again so helpful in a stressful situation! She certainly made a BAD day better! Thanks Soph! Gabby and Lois x

When we arrived at the drive through, we were automatically racially profiled and treated with the up most disrespect. Staff were very rude, stand off ish, disrespectful etc. We were asked to pull around to park up to wait for our food when our food arrived. The other staff member was EXTREMELY rude, lacked customer service and wasn’t polite. When we were about to drive off the burger was completely thrown in the bag without boxing, we were disgusted and had to drive back. We went into the kfc where the manager continuously mocked and laughed at our complaint and told his colleague jokingly to go round the back. He didn’t apologise for the inconvenience but continued to redo our order. I’VE NEVER EVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED IN MY LIFE WHAT HAPPENED TO HUMAN DECENY AND RESPECT! we got our food and walked out never will we ever step foot in such a RACIST place again.

It’s not often we go out and get service that stands out. But she was so great, she deserved to be acknowledged for it.

It is meant to be fast food but you wait for ages and if eating inside i had to clear t... read more Avoid it if you can KFC run a dirty place with cold food and rude staff. It is meant to be fast food but you wait for ages and if eating inside i had to clear the table myself of the previous persons waste and eat at a dirty table. They need to sack the manager and replace him with some one with a bit of OCD which always helps. i prefer KFC or better still Burger king to MacDonald but at least macs always clean their venues. Go some where else if you can.
