It was perfect, then came the bill. When a restaurant operates as perfectly as Cielo then any minor, first world issues stand out like pulsating sore thumbs. I’m sure next time when I visit, the bill will arrive correctly and won’t be declined due to technical issues. Then I’ll add that extra review star. Rant over. I made a booking at Cielo in February. It was only by good fortune that I checked a few days before we were due to visit and discovered that the restaurant is closed and has been for several months now! We received nothing from the restaurant to indicate that the restaurant was closed. If anyone else has a booking there I would suggest that that make alternative arrangements ASAP.
It’s shut !!!!! Nothing on your website you can not even cancel the booking !! Why are you still letting people book this restaurant it’s closed down !!!

I had booked at this restaurant for my husbands birthday sunday 6th march at 7pm. We arrived and it was in darkness. The place was closed and i hadn’t even been contacted to let me know. Absolutely disgusting
