Initially, the woman I spoke to told me all she could do was offer credit at The Oyster Club on the following day. I emailed a complaint in, and was told that they 'd deduct the voucher cost from a future mail. In the email, I 'd specifically mentioned we 'd chosen Adam 's to celebrate our recent engagement. (It was the first 'big ' meal me and my fiancé had together, and we 'd had a wonderful meal and time we felt it was right to return. I was pleased with how the manager handled this and had really high hopes going in. On the night, I 'd give 5* for the food. Some of the dishes were flawless like the pigeon with almond and black cherry. Even the lesser dishes like the raspberry and pistachio dessert were very well executed. Wine pairing was exceptional with some very creative choices. Unfortunately, not a single mention was made regarding the special occasion nothing at all. I had to pull up the email correspondence showing why I was having a discount. This left me to relive the rather traumatic reason I 'd had to cancel. The whole experience has still left me feeling upset, and unvalued as a customer. We 'd even floated the idea of having our wedding breakfast here prior to this occurrence. Despite the food being phenomenal, the customer service means I 'm not likely to go back and I think 3* is pretty generous under the circumstances. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Staff were quick and polite. Not cheap but worth every penny. Martinis were to die for. Highly recommend.

From the moment you walk in and greeted by a kind member of staff, until you walk out everything is absolutely perfect! The tasting menu is delicious with all kinds of different punchy flavours and ingredients! The champagne is amazing and the sommelier presented it to us and explained the main notes and where it came from! The service is absolutely perfect, everyone is very knowledgeable, smiling and always ready to assist with anything! I was celebrating my birthday and almost every single member of staff made sure to wish me happy birthday. Got a card and a candle with the petits fours. Everyone pays attention to even the smallest detail which contributes to an amazing experience! The little gifts we received after our meal were a nice touch too! Definitely recommend Adam's to everyone who is a fan of fine dining! Well done to all the chefs and the front of house members!
