I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff, from the amazing front desk and valets, the amazing and wonderful bartender. My husband had brain surgery at UAB and the staff were so helpful to me and my Dog( Goober). They were so attentive to my needs and my husbands. Did not enjoy my experience at all. Valet left my car running unlocked unattended as they followed me inside while I checked in to get my room number...unknown why they had to follow me at that moment to get it when they already had my identification and keys. Also they only had 2 elevators one with a sign that said to watch out for the gaping hole that didn 't work and another that took 5 minutes to be called. 3 min... View all feedback.
