Chipotle Mexican Grill - Birmingham

I've been with the chipo worst. from chips, no forks or serviettes available. When I asked the hired, he said briefly, then just began to wipe a counter. After 5 minutes I asked myself again and she became extremely rude with me. the staff stood around while the people waited for food.

Literally the worst experience. I ordered through door-dash from this location to my job and I had so much missing from my bowl. I asked for extra sour cream per usual from any other location and ordered a veggie bowl. I kid you not I had nothing but sour cream and rice in my bowl. I know I put additional ingredients because as I am checking my bowl Im finding a pinch of everything that I ordered. They are literally careless at this location. I have had an issue before with me having to request if they could cook peppers and then claiming that they had no one to cook them (I had zero grilled peppers in this recent bowl) this location is right down the street from my job but I will never order from them again. They are better off just shutting down at this point. So many people have complained about them. Seriously the worst

They need an adult to insure everyone is on the same page. The location was dirty and the ingredients were stacked on the table. The girl helping the customers was working her butt off, but the others were not. I am sure the workers will be fine, but adult supervision is needed!

Update: still sucks. Disappointing. I love coming here but the people on the line are not very nice. If you've got a choice between this one and the Hoover one, choose the Hoover one.

Don’t go to this Chipotle. It will be quicker to drive to the one on 280, and get your food there. Or vestavia, or any other Chipotle within driving distance. Just don’t go. Do not go to this one. Every time I’ve been in the past ~2 years, I think—oh this time it will be different. This time I won’t have to wait 45 minutes on an online order placed an hour ago. This time there won’t be 25 people sitting and staring around waiting on their food. This time the staff might appear to be fully awake and conscious. Aware of the fact that dozens are waiting for them.And every time, I’m reminded of why I vowed, time and time again, never to go back. Just don’t go.
