I have to say, the new fish sandwich was the best I've ever had from a fast food restaurant. It was cooked to order and had the texture of homemade fish fried in cornmeal. The seasoning was fantastic and permeated the entire sandwich. The fish filet was well-seasoned and came on a quality bun. I had mine simply with just cheese, and I would definitely order it again. You should consider yourself fortunate to have received a 1-star rating. If there were an option, I would give you NO STARS. Do yourself a favor and choose a different place to feed your family. Don’t waste your time calling with issues; complaints have already been submitted to the state. Save your money and your time. Food is food but it's a hit or miss if they have fresh Bo rounds and if their system is up and running.. staff is always friendly
Order and pay online. they bring the pick-up and the doors locked. they go through and no one answered loudspeakers. after 3 minutes drove to the window and waited 3 more minutes until someone comes to window. I was told that they didn't have my command and asked me for a picture of what I got. they gave me a copy of my command, and they asked me to wait and park for command. ony 1 other customer came through the drive thru while I was there waiting for 20 minutes. I guess everyone else knew better.
Everytime that I ordered from this place I'm told it's 20 minutes for a pie. The staff is just bad. They just don't appear to care regardless of what time you visit the restaurant. I like the food but the service is just prohibitive. I hope someone in management reads this and takes steps. It is really sad, I was excited when the restaurant opened here in Trussville.
By far the WORST service. I placed my order in the app. Got to the restaurant parked and the doors were locked. Drove to the drive-thru only to be told they weren't taking orders right now. I told them I placed my order in the app and how long it would be (because I was going to wait) the lady replied... I don't know we're trying to figure it out. No apology or nothing. That's ridiculous. Save your money and go to KFC or Popeyes!!!
No mater how decent the food was,the service was absolutely horrible. My thought is if you don't want to deal with people; don't get a job in customer service.
