American Deli - Birmingham

I ordered 10pc Hot Lemon pepper wings with Cajun ranch fries and a fruit punch to drink. The chicken was good. They drowned my fries lol. And the fruit punch was horrible. So I changed the drink to peach tea and it was not any better. Drink water!!

We walked in and walked right out. Idk what health score this place has but the area where you walk in is filthy! Dust and old sauce splatters on the wall and black grime and filth piled up on the floors and base boards for who knows how long. I'm not eating there! I'm not even standing on them disgusting floors!

They are nasty for sure, family had vomiting ? and diarrhea for days from Cajun ranch fries etc. cost of hospital bill and time off from school and work, not worth it. I will not recommend this place.

Stopped going here years ago and replaced it with a wing place a few doors down. Well we 're back. We 're so back we 've been there twice already. Been looking for that place that can make hot lemon pepper wings... Found It . Oh so good! Didn 't get them the first time because somehow the order was messed up. This was my fault because they open the box and show you the order....duhhhh what was I looking at because I got two orders of plain wings but they were good, went back the next time and the order was perfect and the wings superb. It 's always busy here, still wearing mask and they don 't speak English well. But they are writing on the box your order and again they open box to show you what you 're getting, so note to self pay attention , why I 'm still giving 4 stars in spite the errorOur orders consist of lemon pepper wings, plain wings, honey bbq wings, fries, Cajun ranch fries, shrimp. Everything good. Also I mentioned what happened and he states he will make it right when I come back.

May possibly need to update their business hours bc they definitely do not close at 9pm as listed.
