This restaurant was recommended by kilkaloe river cruises skipper so we entered without reservation for lunch. so glad that we have done this is a small jewel of a restaurant. first before the house was extremely friendly and courteous and offered us a section of tables to choose, despite being busy. the manager/owner/house front was chatting and friendly and a pleasure to speak with. we ordered pate and 2 big fights of steamed west cork mustels. absolutely beautiful and generous. followed by apple strudle dessert shared between us. we had a very nice lunch, great atmosphere, delicious food and a great welcome service.
