Very unfortunate that this place has gone downhill. What was once a lovely food experience is now a major letdown. Went in for quick lunch, few toasted specials, soft drinks nothing too challenging. Staff were fairly quick off the mark as it is fairly quiet. Drinks were flat and definitely, definitely cheaper brands despite a bottle appearing to the contrary. Never mind sure cost cutting is normal. Ordered 2 toasted specials and a wrap. Figured as we were tight for time and cooking was minimal on these that it was the safest option. Then the wait started. 10,20,30,40 minutes nothing. We had decided to leave but 45minutes in food arrived. Toasted sandwiches and reheated chips edible but a wrap with lettuce and mayonnaise that was obviously heated in an oven and looked vile, tasted worse. Very disappointed as this places standards have slipped dramatically.
