Wir waren im Augusr zweimal Gast zum Abendessen.Es gibt eine geringe Auswahl an aber wirklich sehr guten Gerichten. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und nett.Das Ambiente ist sehr stylisch.Mal etwas anderes. Sehr schick. View all feedback.
What Nathalie Bischoff doesn't like about NEGRO:
What can go wrong if rice in in the menu? What cannot be combined in food when citrus is also on your plate? We are sorry. This dinner was not at all as we expected. Shamefull and inert choice. Only the eye sometime ws awaked....Inspiration left this kitchen on these evenings. Phantasy about the arrogant or lost character of the personnel in the staff was intense. I advice the management to look personnel in the eyes... View all feedback.
An evening for two will not be cheap, but it is absolutely worth it. Every dish we had was nicely presented and very tasty. Atmosphere was stylish, but unpretentious. Very much recommended.
It was asparagus season when we visited Binz so of course we wanted to have some. Hmm... easier said than done. The first two or three places we tried were out of it. Finally we found this place and got a table outside overlooking the...beachfront. Asparagus was fine. A little on the expensive side but nothing to complain about.
The restaurant is located on the quieter side of the beach promenade just a few meters away from the pedestrian area. We got a seat on the terrace and with its nice setting and the Binz peer in our view it provided for an excellent...dining atmosphere. The menu is a not extensive but offers a sufficient variety of starters, pasta, meet and fish dishes, all of good quality. The service was excellent and we had a very enjoyable dining experience.
We had dinner here several times during our recent trip to Binz, and LOVED it. The menu is eclectic and modern, and the food is excellent. Staff is terrific!
You must have some good lunch or dinner before if you decide to visit this restaurant. Because the portions are ridiculously small here. The name of one dish was essence of some soup , so it was true, it was not a soup, it was...the essence of it, maximum spoons of bouillon in a huge plate, and all other dishes were just the essence of food too. And not really very tasty. They should have called their restaurant The Essence. We had a PreOrded dinner at pm for our group. The kitchen was informed they day before about what we gonna eat. But still we left restaurant at And of course not because it took us so much time to eat! The service was so slow. and the restaurant wasn't full at all. It took them hours to serve essences of food. After this essence of dinner I had to eat pizza outside, because was very hungry. May be when you come as an independent passenger you get bigger portions and better service but we didn't want to check it. Thou the breakfast was good there, tasty and lots of varieties
