my vegan family from 5 jerusalem took a day trip to binyamina, especially in this restaurant to eat, and it was worth more than the trip. while the service was a little irritating, and the staff was not very enthusiastic, the menu was full of creative options that all sound amazing. we tried the early reels, ramensuppe, yakisoba, mabu and Teriyaki-Veggies, and all were satisfied (but the teriyaki was the best.) the e... What User doesn't like about Tofu An:
this place is really a black brand on the face of eating. the service was terrible, and that was not good. even mistsuppe, which is very easy to make, was delicious. I wish I could leave them less than 1 star, but unfortunately this app does not allow me to never come back here again. View all feedback.
האוכל היה מצויין והשירות גם. החיסרון היחידי זה שלא היה קינוח מקווה שיוסיפו לתפריט בקרוב. נחזור לאכול שוב בוודאות
After hearing a lot about the restaurant, we decided to pop in to visit. We first ordered the pickles, Agadashi Tofu and Momo. The pickles were unique, nothing like any other pickles I tried at other Asian restaurants, the Momo dumpling were also excellent, well seasoned with a successful dipping sauce. The Agadashi was quite disappointing, the tofu was full of oil and the dish was bland. For main courses we took the Ramen and the Mabu Tofu which is a little spicy, both dishes were large and tasty. For dessert, we took the lemon mint and spirulina mousse (they had no cakes at the time). The dessert felt quite generic and did not match the spirit of the place and the taste was disappointing with a strong mint flavor. a Nato Mochi dessert or any other Japanese-style dessert for that matter would've been more suited to the atmosphere and gives a more unique experience.
מסעדה יפנית מבוססת על טופו מופלא, זולה וטעימה בטירוף
Quite small (35 seats) and homey. The food is unique, the tofu is freah and everything is tasty. Only drawback is that's it's too far away for me. Will be visiting again when I'm in the area.
Small and very pleasant place with non-standard attitude to food. Most servings include tofu in different variations. I tried a soup with fried tofu and portobello and tofu schnitzel which were yummy. And the new mousse desserts are just awesome.
